Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using Car2Door (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Car2Door is currently operated as a pilot / proof-of-concept project by an unincorporated team, using the trade name "Car2Door" — these Terms apply regardless of that status.

Description of service

Car2Door is a pilot/beta marketplace that connects customers, garages, and drivers for car repair, service estimates, and vehicle pickup/delivery. Garages submit estimates and bids on customer requests; drivers handle pickup and drop-off.

No payment processing occurs on the platform. Invoicing and settlement for repair work happen offline, directly between the customer and the garage. Car2Door does not collect or process payment card data and is not a party to the payment between customer and garage.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Garages and drivers using the Service must have the legal right to conduct the underlying business (e.g. a licensed repair shop) or activity (e.g. a valid driver's license) in their jurisdiction.

Accounts & user responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (including vehicle, contact, and garage details) and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose,

• submit false or misleading information (including estimates, bids, or vehicle details),

• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure,

• use the Service to circumvent the offline invoicing process in a way intended to defraud another user.

Intellectual property

The Car2Door name, logo, and the Service's software, design, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Car2Door or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Car2Door is a pilot/beta product: features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car2Door and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes over repair quality, pricing, or settlement between customers and garages — those are matters between the customer and the garage.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, at our discretion, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
